Releasit Affiliate Application Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application for the Releasit Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Application Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
  • All information provided in your application must be accurate and complete.

2. Non-Binding Application

  • Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance into the Affiliate Program.
  • The Company reserves the right to review, accept, or reject any application at its sole discretion.
  • If accepted, you will be required to enter into a separate Affiliate Agreement outlining the full terms of your participation.

3. Use of Information

  • The information you provide will be used solely for evaluating your application and for communication purposes regarding the Affiliate Program.
  • By submitting your application, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Representation and Warranties

  • You represent that all information provided in your application is true, accurate, and complete.
  • You agree to promptly notify the Company of any changes or inaccuracies in the information submitted.

  • Any information submitted as part of your application will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or necessary for processing your application.

6. Modifications

  • The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
  • It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the application process or participation in the Affiliate Program will constitute acceptance of any changes.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
