Head to the Shopify App Store and install Releasit COD Fee & Partial Pay. Once installed, open the app from your Shopify admin.
Step 2: Go to the "Limit COD" Page
Inside the app, navigate to the Limit COD page from the main menu.
Step 3: Enable "Hide Cash on Delivery for One or More Countries"
Toggle on the option "Hide cash on delivery for one or more countries".
Step 4: Select the Countries Where You Want to Disable Cash on Delivery
Use the country selector that appears to search for and add each country where you want to block COD. Click "Add country" to confirm each selection. You can add as many countries as needed.
Step 5: Done!
Cash on Delivery will now be disabled for your selected countries in your Shopify store. Customers checking out from those countries will not see COD as a payment option, while all other markets will continue to see it as normal.

Will customers from blocked countries be able to complete their purchase?
Yes. Blocking COD for a country simply removes it as a payment option for customers from that location. They can still check out using any other payment methods available in your store.
Does the country restriction apply to the shipping address or the customer's location?
The restriction is based on the shipping address the customer enters at checkout. If a customer ships to a blocked country, COD will not be shown, regardless of where the customer is physically browsing from.
